Breathe Herbal Tea Blend

A yummy, refreshing blend designed to open up your lungs. Peppermint, licorice root, and shisandra berries yield a fresh, sweet flavor. Slightly earthy notes are added from mullein, nettle, marshmallow root, and yarrow, and astragalus leaves some sweet woodiness at the finish. Caffeine free, this blend invites you to Breathe! To make tea, use 1 tsp or more per cup of water. Bring water to a low boil. Turn off heat, add herbs and let steep for 3-5 minutes.
