Extra Course Bowl Grater

Use the Microplane Extra Coarse Mixing Bowl Grater to shred a variety of foods directly into a mixing bowl. The frame fits over the top of smaller bowls, or against the inner surface of larger bowls. The grater blade is made from stainless steel. 

Microplane uses a chemical process called photo etching to create and sharpen each tooth on every grater. Sharper teeth mean Microplane tools grate food more quickly and efficiently.
